Glendale Police Arrest Two Suspects in Stabbing of Three Men
GLENDALE, CA – After several days of focused investigative efforts, Glendale Police Department Homicide Detectives have identified and arrested 18-year-old Glendale resident, Vahe Gyurjinyan, as the primary suspect in the November 17, 2024 stabbing of three men in Glendale.
On that date, officers responded to reports of multiple stabbings near San Rafael Avenue and Dryden Street. Investigators learned that a physical altercation, stemming from a road rage incident, had broken out among several men. Three adult male victims sustained serious—but not life-threatening—stab wounds and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Gyurjinyan was taken into custody on November 19, 2024, for his alleged role in the attack. On November 21, 2024, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against him, including attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Gyurjinyan remains in custody as he awaits his court appearance.
Additionally, a juvenile male connected to the incident was arrested on November 21, 2024, on robbery charges. Homicide Detectives have submitted the juvenile’s case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and are awaiting further action.
